@Minibutmighty_

When I was 13 years old, I was diagnosed with a severe case of scoliosis. I underwent spinal fusion surgery to correct the curvature in my spine and had 2, 14-inch titanium rods drilled to my back.

Years post surgery, not only did I struggle with incessant back pain, but watching my body lose its strength and shape was extremely discouraging. I dealt with low self-esteem, confidence, and was unable to see my own beauty and worth.

I didn’t feel beautiful in any of my clothes. I had no energy or motivation and dealt with severe social anxiety.

These insecurities eventually led my to the gym. I so badly wanted to feel beautiful in my skin and was desperate for change.

My journey was not linear. I tried every extreme diet, fitness program, and latest trend… and failed at every attempt for nearly 6 years.

Over the years, I prioritized building my mindset, building sustainable and healthy habits, my sense of self-worth, and most importantly, my relationship with God.

Today, I have helped thousands of women transform their minds and bodies through various programs & my new Mighty APP.

I am dedicated to helping you become your most confident self!
